Recognition of Prior Learning
Applicants who wish to be considered for entry or exemptions on the basis of prior learning must complete the RPL application form available at www.nuigalway.ie/ptbcomm or the Programme Co-ordinator. RPL applications cannot be considered after registration.

1. A Non-Refundable Application Fee of €30 Bankdraft or Postal Order payable to
National University of Ireland, Galway.

2. Official Certified Examination Transcripts (second level and third level, where

3. Copy of Birth Certificate/Passport.

4. If you wish to register in your married name, a copy of your marriage certificate
must also be submitted

5. Personal Statement (typed, of no more than 500 words, explaining why you wish to undertake the Diploma in Business/Bachelor of Commerce)

6. Completed RPL application form and supporting documentation (if applicable)

7. IELTS or TOEFL certificate (for applicants whose first language is not English).

The above Supporting Documentation is required to supplement your online application and should be posted or emailed to:
