Minot State University Faculty Survey

The Faculty Senate 2013 Faculty Satisfaction Survey

Dear Colleagues,

As the Vice President of the Faculty Senate it is my responsibility to survey the faculty, compile the results, and present the State of the Faculty during the Fall convocation. Therefore, I would like to invite you to participate in this survey to examine the State of the Faculty at Minot State University. I thank you in advance for your participation and look forward to sharing the response with you in the fall. The survey will be available beginning April 2 and will end May 3.

This survey will provide information to the members of the Minot State University Faculty Senate, as well as the faculty at large. The Faculty Senate regards this survey as a serious indicator of the people we represent. Since the reliability and viability of the survey depends on a high response rate, your participation is fundamental to its success. The survey should take no more than 30 minutes to complete. No revisions were made to last year’s survey.

The survey will be completed using an online surveyor. Information Technology Central (ITC) at Minot State University is a subscriber to VoVici, the tool used to administer the survey and compile the results. VoVici hosts the server on which the data is collected. The survey will have an appearance similar to that of the Minot State University website; VoVici enables subscribers to place their brand on the instrument.

This survey and study has been approved by The Minot State University Institutional Review Board (IRB). The IRB has determined that this study meets the ethical obligations required by Federal Law and University policies.
