Proposed Content and Skill Specifications for the Uniform CPA Examination The AICPA Board of Examiners (BOE) values the views of CPA Examination stakeholders and seeks individual responses to the Exposure Draft as well as the official views of accountancy boards and other organizations. All Exposure Draft responses will be carefully considered by the BOE as it finalizes the proposed content and skill specifications for the Uniform CPA Examination. Once approved by the BOE, the specifications will be scheduled for implementation as the new blueprint for the CPA Examination. They will be made widely available – to candidates, educators, and other interested parties – well in advance of their effective date.
