We want to make it easier for junior ATS members to interact with ATS leadership, learn to moderate conference sessions, and establish themselves as rising experts in the field. We also want to create opportunities for members who may lack a mentor helping them to navigate the informal networking of ATS. What will we do with this information?

The information will NOT be made public on the ATS website. However, we do envision sharing this data with Assembly leadership, and especially the Planning and Program Committee Chairs, as a way to identify and match potential facilitators, co-chairs, or speakers. This could be a nice way to democratize the process which currently operates on informal recommendations.
