The Tupelo Public School District requests your assistance in the completion of the following Federal Program Planning Survey. Information from this survey will be considered in the planning and development of the district Title I, Title II, Title VI and Title V Projects. Rank each item with "1" being the most important.


1. Please rank the following subject areas from 1 to 4, in the order of importance, for a district academic focus for the 2007-2008 school year.
