How to Adapt and Prosper in the Travel Ecosystem
Call for Thought Leaders
Speaking Opportunities
TravelCom gives new and returning speakers an opportunity to share their knowledge and experience with a growing audience of publishers, marketers, agencies, journalists, investors, entrepreneurs and industry influencers. TravelCom features between 45-50 speakers covering all areas of the travel distribution.
The TravelCom conference is 100% editorial content. Speakers are selected on their merit, insight, leadership and ability to share new research, metrics and models. TravelCom welcomes speakers from all travel related categories and perspectives. An emphasis on case studies, whenever possible, is preferred and solution providers must bring a business or consumer-oriented brand client to be considered to speak.
Keynotes: are limited to 3-5 marquee speakers per show and typically feature high-profile executives or thought leaders representing key areas of the new travel landscape. Keynote presentations are open to all attendees.
Panels: are rich opportunities for qualified speakers from every corner of the industry to share insights and experiences with a quality audience. These speaking opportunities also provide a valuable opportunity to gauge the competitive relevance and value of their companies in a highly targeted and interactive forum.
Panel Moderators: are always in demand at TravelCom and represent an equally valuable opportunity for industry leaders to participate in the panel format. Panel discussions involve active pre-production, solicitation of speakers, organization and skill. The panel sessions themselves are generally one hour in length, which includes audience QA opportunities.
Workshops: are highly focused, interactive learning environments where speakers move from behind the podium to directly engage with attendees. Seating is usually limited for these high-value “classroom-meets-the-boardroom” learning environments.
Presenter Eligibility:
- TIA members and non-members are welcome to submit proposals.
- Vendors of travel products and services will be considered, however, NO solicitation or self-promotion is allowed. Sessions must be educational and informational in content.
- Vendors/suppliers of travel products and services are encouraged to ask clients to speak on their behalf though is not required.
- Presenters should have previous presentation experience and be accustomed to large audiences.
