Thank you for participating in the CPD pilot. We hope that you are finding it genuinely useful in focussing your own development, and maybe that of your team members, as well as for identifying appropriate resources. We are keen to learn from your experiences so that we can refine the policy and online tool in order to provide the best level of support to all our members when CPD is introduced next April. Therefore we should be very grateful if you could complete this short survey once you have completed the first few stages of the process, including use of the self-assessment tool (even if you have not fully completed it). There will be further surveys later in the pilot designed to assess the effectiveness of the professional development plan (PDP).
All responses will be treated confidentially and anonymously. Any data and reports extracted from this survey will not identify individuals or their organisations unless prior permission is secured and will be used solely by the IIA for the purpose of developing support for its members' CPD.
