Introduction

The Charity Commission is working with the Ethical Property Foundation (Charity no 1101812) to identify the key issues which are currently affecting charities with regard to the property that they own, lease or rent. In particular we would like to know which issues are most significant, who they affect, whether your organisation has the capacity to deal with them, and the costs incurred to do so.

The results of this survey will be used by Ethical Property Foundation to develop tailored guidance and support on property matters for charities. They will be analysed by Campbell Tickell, an independent consultancy, to ensure the anonymity of individual respondents.
